How to prevent recurrence of brain tumor of Diffuse IDH mutant type. Is recurrence of brain tumor a common phenomenon or is it simply fear ?

As there is inadequate information about the diagnosis,reports and the treatment, the nature of the disease cannot be commented. If it's a high grade tumor and after surgery if radiation is received,  the rate of recurrence is lesser when compared to surgery alone.
