On 18th jan 2016 i had rectopexy for rectum prolapse. I am feeling that my sperm will come but it is not coming out and erection is also not fully before surgery everthing was fine. My doctor is saying every thing is ok please give 1 month time. I am worried. Is it true dat after surgery sperm donot come for few days?
