I had a surgery of rectum prolapse on 18th jan 2016, after 1 week i tried to ejaculate but nothing came out. Though i am feeling that sperm is coming bt is not coming. Penis is also not erecting fully. My surgeon said u will be ok within 1 or 2 month but i am worried as the surgery may have damaged the nerve.
