Pain just above the prostate and at the bottom of the hip line right on the sides of it. This usually happens after an erection or nightfall and I've even suffered from sharp pain around the rectal area in the past and have been treating it like piles, fissure and fistula. Please explain what's going on in the body? Can it be ruled out with an MRI? Blood reports were clear.
