Rectal discharge and stomach pain

9 months ago I started having stomach cramping and a strange rectal discharge (ranging from white to yellow-brown) that lasts 2 or 3 days at a time. Sometimes I see something stringy in the toilet that I originally thought was stringy mucus but now I’m worried may be worms. It happenes relatively inconsistently I think but maybe about once a month? I also have a lot of anxiety and have always had a sensitive stomach if any of that helps. Thank you!
