I am having pain whipe passing stool from past 2-3 months. Also may be there is some cut type situation becuase when i touch while Washing..it hurts as hell. now from one month itching has been started ..and now bleeding also has been started.. i just can't understand what is happening.. i am worried.. plz tell me what to do..

Hello there, it is Piles also called hemorrhoids which are nothing but dilated veins coming out from anus which when ruptured bleeds and causes pain. The pain can only be treated with Medication but you need to visit MS GENERAL SURGEON and better get operated ASAP.
Next Steps
Eat semi solid food, drink lot of water, juices, take fiber in diet.
