Hi, I am observing blood stool since yesterday, no pain otherwise. I have this constipation problem since few days not regular. I drink sprit a lot to overcome digestive problem. Please help me with some remedies to overcome this problem. Thank you Dr.

Though it's unfortunate ur struggling to deal, nice to see advice about diet modern drs thanks to them too, till u consult AYURVEDIC Ksharsutra expert or surgeon apply coconut oil mixed with camper or pilex oint (Himalaya) before n after seitzs bath with warm water.

Hi, good to drink planty liquids. For this problem simple home remady is ti chew 20 leaves of sweet neem and drink buttermilk over it.
