For last 3 4 days my Fasting Count is around 200-240 while post meal it's 280-340. I had diabetes on border line for last 1 year but without medication. kindly suggest what to do.? Suffering with symptoms of tiredness, lil dizzy, at times headache too but mild, body ache. No symptoms of COVID.
