Recent liver function test on 26th feb

ALP 251, Albumin 3.0,total bilirubin 0.4,direct bilirubin 0.2,indirect bilirubin 0.2,sgot 28,Sept 19.4,gloubulin 3.0, A/G RATIO 1:0:1 Past history Have 2 gallbladder stones 7mm and 9mm since 7 years Please suggest if surgery required or can be treated with medication? Why is my ALP elevated? Is this something to worry about.

Gallbladder Stones are Never Treated with Medications..Surgery is The Cure..your ALP is Mildly Elevated...get an MRCP done to see status of Stone and gallbladder and if Common Bile duct is Stone free..if CBD is Stone free ALP is of no Concern..The next Step will be Removal of Gallbladder by Laparoscopy...Nothing to be alarmed with ALP
