I'm married and received unprotected oral bj and lip kissing from unknown girl and no further exposures done! Consulted 5 doctors 2 doctors said hiv not possible move on!! And 3 doctors suggested pep started taking within 43 hrs does it really works?? In pep website guidelines it is mentioned like pep not recommended for oral exposures!! what are my risks can hiv pass with saliva into my urethra?? Even I requested that unknown girls hiv status she shown me 3.5 back reports including 4th gen hiv ,widal,cdc everything is fine!! But my worry is what incase she turned positive recently?? what are my risks??
