Sir/Madam, I hv a query that I m 37 yrs old unmarried female. I hv multiple uterine fibroids. I hv remedy either marina or surgery which I do not want. How marina is safe and how much time to take in insertion and how painful procedure it is, I want to know about it. Second, Can these masses/ fibroids be removed by the treatment of ayurveda and how lond treatment it will be ? Kindly guide me to decide which remedy will be the most suitable for me.
