Really Bad Abdominal Pain & Bleeding

I have been bleeding for about 2 months now and it hasn’t seemed to stop at all. Sometimes it’s new blood someone times it’s really dark and old. I keep getting these really bad pains in my Lower abdomen which is causing me a lot of discomfort. At the start I thought I was pregnant but then I thought I couldn’t be because I keep bleeding. Is there anyway you can help me please?

Hi. Please get a scan done to see what the problem is. It is obviously not normal and quite risky to bleed for so long. Check for any hormonal abnormalities like PCOS or thyroid as well
