If you have done filling or get your upper tooth crowned there may be some high point. That must be exerting pressure on lower molar. This can cause periapical pathology on lower tooth.
So if you feel that some extra pressure is on lower molar you need to consult the same dentist so that he may place the crown properly.
You must also get an IOPAR X Ray done with respect to lower paining tooth.
