RBCs and sperm cell in urine..

I haven't been mustarbating for about 2 months and  experiencing foamy urine. There's blood and sperm cell in my RUA test.. Is this cause for concern.. Kft is normal.. I have had ultrasound done 2 months back for my stomach pain. Everything was normal back then. What's going on? I am neither diabetic nor hypertensive.
