RBC: nomocytic normovhromic, microcytosi

Hi, my blood report says rbc morphology as Normocytic Normochromic, Microcytosis (+) , High RBc count and normal hemoglobin, something I should worry about? The morphology piece is something not sure what it looks like never seen before in my report... if someone can help...
