Before 2 month I checked urineanyalsis in that rbc is come 10-15 then doctor said for ultrasound .In ultrasound cytisis is present  then repeat test urineanyalsis 2 times it is normal but now I checked urineanyalsis and rbc is 20-25 protein is + glucose trace all is normal what was the reason of that i also taken vitmain b12 medication and ingestion this is dangerous

Microscopy hematuria can be due to multiple causes like BPH, infection, ca prostate etc . Consult with urologist.
