Is RBBB common in young age 32 yr old has abnormal ECG with RBBB. Have hypothyroidism, sometimes heart palpitations Doctor has said for ECHO

RBBB can be a normal variation in young. But you need to get an Echo done to rule out other causes of RBBB

There are some causes of RBBB. Right bundle branch block can be due to underlying cardiac disease or could be physiological. Echocardiography is always advised to rule out underlying cardiac disease or any congenital anomaly.
