Rat scratch
I have been scratched by rat while sleep.There is a scratch sign on my forehead at the right side.There are three vertical line at the affected area.
I would advise you to visit the ER and get a tetanus shot if you haven't had it in 6 months and also do a Lepto IgM test. You can observe if you develop fever with body pain over the next 3 days, if you do immediately visit the ER.
