I had used a old razor two weeks ago, post which I had rashes on my only on the beard area and neck, I thought it was just a skin rash and avoided it. There a lots of irritation and itching around that area.

Greetings. I am not sure if it's the razor or the cream or the after shave but you appear to have an irritant dermatitis reaction. The other possibility is a fungal infection of the beard which might have been there and you may not have known if you had grown a beard for a while... See a qualified dermatologist near you.
