After I moved to Bangalore, there is formation of round flaky rashes forming on my left arm which is exposed below the elbow. Is it due to sunlight or water? Will wash it with warm water and applying Candid-B ointment help?

its mainly coz of sun light rather dan water use sunscreen and wear full arm clothed....stop using the ointment consult a dermatologist.
