Rashes on skin after a visit to beach

After a visit to the beach all of a sudden I have red itchy spots all over my feet which is spreading to areas which didn't even come in contact with the sea water. I have been applying betnovate and clobetasol but to no avail. The spots are spreading. Kindly suggest a solution.
