I am seeing small rashes on penis Moreover I am seeing the rashes on right leg and from morning to evening there is no itching but at night time there is more itching and I am unable to sleep and small rashes are also appearing on the buttocks and when i am running them with my hands blood is coming can you please say me reason and treatment
