Rashes on Penis fores skin.

I have rashes on my penis foreskin for past 2 weeks. The rashes are accompanied by some fluid discharge on the skin. Previously I had fungal infection and on using clotrimazole it got cured, I was considering it to be same. However the rashes aren't getting any better on my penis. Kindly suggest what could it be and how to treat it.
