For last one month I get rashes on the forehead of the penis. But it goes away using medical creams. But the foreskin becomes very dry and small cuts appear on it. Though painless

These cuts and rashes are due to fungal infection. Bring in hot humid atmosphere can increase chances of fungal infection Also at sex it can be spread from one partner to another

Meet a Dermatologist to get completly cured of it, also get your partner checked by gynecologist. Both should get treated simultaneously. Then use condons which will prevent infection from spreading from one to another
