All of a sudden des rashes have started on my hand...wen I'm exposed to sun I think I get des rashes...they are not itching always...only sometimes

Hi! I understand your concern. This seems to be a type of sun allergy called polymorphous light eruption which requires attention and treatment. A video consultation would sort this issues as few general measures and sunprotection should also be counselled. There is no need to worry as this is curable.
