I have red non itchy red rashes on glan. Very small red dots. I am also facing itching in thighs near my genitals. Sometimes bundles of red dot appears if i scratched that portion oftenly due to itching but if managed to not doing so it disappears in a day or two. Skin is also looked dry in that area. I am a virgin

hiii try to keep the area dry.. sweating might be a problem for this... or shaving in that area...or d pubic hair infection may be the cause... kindly meet a dermatologist
