I geting rashes all over y body eapecillyi in the scalp. Its also itchy. Rash remains for a few hrs then goes away and appears on another part. Attached photo. Red rashes with slight bumps.

It is  allergic  rash Take  anti allergic  drug Cetrizine Send  pics  of  scalp if  possible. Consult  me  online  for  proper  guidance
