I am since more than 8 months having itching and rashes which are big in size also when scratched it burst and blood spot is seen . My head is oily and I shampoo every day. No dandruff at all. I use Garnier hair colour twice a month but this I have been using since many years and nothing happened during those times. I am a heart patient too done angioplasty. Please let me know what should be done.
