I'm having small pinheaded tiny sores in-between fingers, inside thighs, hips, arms, groins, genitials and buttocks with extreme itching on thighs, genetial forskin and groins; I'm living in a pg and sexually active with multiple male partners for the last 3months. I'm worried it might be syphilis or scabies though the symptoms look more like scabbies only, I'm also being tired these days but I didn't notice any such single chancre on my skin.
