My son has developed this strange rash on his arms & legs. It looks like small bumps from under the skin and is white (when it starts) & red (as it ages) colored. We consulted doc and used apifil,salocylix n momebest creams for almost a month now. Also using vitamin A&D tablets as prescribed by doc. The rash is spreading more. Its now getting painful too unlike when it started. Its also showing on his back and stomach. My son goes for cricket practise in play ground every day and he is exposed to sun and dust.  Before it gets infectious, need help please
