I just got this rash on my right cheek today. It appeared out of nowhere. It was not there in the morning but in the afternoon I went to the bathroom and saw it. The rash is not itchy, bumpy, burning, tender. I have noticed the skin on my face is very dry. It’s a smooth rash that is patched in one spot. I have not changed any way I am eating, I have used all the same laundry soap. It is just a random red rash on my cheek.
