Since the beginning of summer i developed a rash on both sides of my neck. I recently discovered the same looking rash in the crease of my right knee. its little patches that look a bit white. I've rubbed hydrocortisone on the ones on my neck but its still there. It doesnt itch but now just looks dark and has a different texture.
