Rapid weight loss after pregnancy

I delivered twins through C sec on 15th Sept. 7 days later I developed complications (rectus sheath heamatoma) and had to undergo another surgery. It's been 15 days since then now. I am still recovering from my surgery stitches. My concern has been my rapid weight loss. I used to weigh 60kg before pregnancy and had gained upto 76kg till my due date. But now I am weighing 58.5kg and it is rapidly declining. Like I am losing around 1kg in 1-2 days. Is it normal or there is any cause for concern?
