Random swelling of body parts

Hi, There are swellings that occur in the body randomly for the past one and half months. Mainly hip, foot, thigh and hands. Whenever it comes, it causes itching for some time and then it swells, finally it lasts for 4-5 hours. Sometimes it moves to the nearby parts like from palm to finger, from hip to thigh. Please provide your suggestions. Thank you.
