I AM A 33 YEARS OLD NON-DIABETIC MALE TODAY I RANDOMLY CHECKED MY BLOOD SUGAR VIA GLUCOMETER (FASTING) 3 DIFFERENT READINGS CAME 102,95&100.AFTER 2 HOURS POST MEAL IT CAME 96 ,AT NIGHT I HAD TAKEN 2PIECES OF JALEBI SHOULD I NEED TO BE WORRIED LOOKING AT THESE READINGS.I DO EXERCISES REGULARLY
