Raised tsh during Pregnancy

My tsh level after 6 weeks of pregnancy was 4.25 but no thyroid medication was started now my tsh level came 6.68 after 31 weeks of pregnancy and my doctor started eltroxin 25mcg at this stage,so i am worring that the raised tsh throughtout my pregnancy had affected my baby brain growth ..
