My brother was bitten by a dog a month ago. 1st dose of vaccine was given by ID method and rest 4 doses was given by IM method. And there was some blood came when the 3 rd injection was given. Does the change in vaccinating method cause any problem? If blood comes when pulling out vaccine syringe means, the vaccine is not given properly?

We can't say depending on what you are saying just because blood came out . Most of Rabies vaccine are IM, but it still depends, may be the first vaccine was immunoglobulin.
