4 months after rabbies comolete primary vaccination I again exposed by dog bite... Should I take booster dose.। govt hospital Dr told not required as within 6months . Bt some Dr says booster required if more than 3 months . What is true. ।plz suggest

Dear practo user Individuals exposed to rabies who have previously received a full pre-exposure or post-exposure vaccination series should receive two booster doses of rabies vaccine: one dose immediately (day 0) and one dose on day 3. Rabies immunoglobulin is not necessary for these individuals.
