Hiii I’m 43 and having RA since 2.1/2 yrs. experiencing pain all over my body. Methotrexate 7.5 and saaz 1000 BD along with folvite. A phisician is giving me the treatment. Is it ok. My main problem is my weight gain. Kindly help. I’m 82 kg right now. Not able to do any fitness program
