What is qutan 25mg used for? Is it a sleeping medicine ? If yes will the person taking the medicine get addicted and get no sleep if he or she does not take it ?

Qutan is quetiapine which is an anti psychotic medication but at low dose it can be used for anxiety, lack of sleep and depression. At low dose it is non addictive
