We give curd to baby ... Mostly daily... Is it ok? And if cow milk needs to be given after one year.. why is the curd fine then??? How much quantity can we give on a daily basis?

Protein composition of milk is different from curd, they become relatively easily digestible, hence acceptable before 1 year also. Curd can be given 3-6 spoons twice daily.

Curd u can give. Also cow's milk. Only if child is intolarance to top milk (lactose intolance, or on rare condition of cow milk protein allergy/) then it is avoided.
