Question about pregnancy

I am 37 week 4days pregnant, baby is in cephalic position, placenta anterior upper segment grade 3 maturity,afi 7, wt 2820gms,mild oligohydramnios noted, single loop of cord around baby neck, and BP is 134/93.little high BP, Is normal delivery possible kindly suggest me.
