I'm trying to increase weight and breast size, I'm taking breast actives pills along with fenugreek, maca root, omega 3, and vitamin E, I'm wondering if I'm taking too much, or if I can even add wild yam?

It's ok if u add wild yam ,and also take a high protein diet along with breast excercises and massage.
