Hello sir/mam Hope everyone is doing well My nephew is has completed 11 months can we give little bit salt intake in solid like rice dal other food can please tell can we give omlette with less oil n salt in that please do the needful.

Hello ! Ya little bit salt k . Don’t give omelette. After 1 yr year u can give . Give only egg yolk in boiled egg
