Query regarding nose anatomy

Firstly thank you wonderful doctors who are kind to me to answer my doubts. It helps me overcome my fear or I would probably get mad. I took paid consultations, searched the web but one doubt remains. While rinsing our mouth and gargling after brushing, some water droplets get on the moustache or in the nostrils and we use the unchlorinated underground water usually for this. My concern is that if by mistake someone inhales air a bit deeply after say 3-5 mins or takes a bit deep breath, can those water droplets be forced up to the olfactory mucosa or nerves to  pose a risk for N Fowleri infection? Also, can blowing nose moderately or a bit vigorously after say 1-2 mins of having drank water, make the water to get pulled up till deep up in nasal passages or till the olfactory nerves to cause such an infection if water is contaminated?
