QUERY REGARDING HYPERCOBALAMINEMIA

Today I went for some test including vitamin B12 test. I am on regular doses of vitamin B12 medicine (Folvite MB) and riconia syrup. My vitamin B12 levels came out to be 1058. Is it due to any disease or is it because I am taking vitamin B12 medicines ? My LFT and RFT is normal. Can hypercobalaminemia be caused due to intake of Vit B12 medicine/supplements. Is my hypercobalaminemia a cause of a disease or is it due to intake of folvite MB which contains 1500 mcg methylcobalamin I.P ? Reports attached.
