QUERY REGARDING HIV TEST

Within how many days of infection can HIV1/2 &p24 combo test detect the presence of HIV in blood ? I am having continuous headache for the past 1 month and I want to get tested for HIV because I got a vaccine from a contaminated needle few months back on 19th Oct 2020. It has been 70 days. Are 70 days enough for this kind of test to detect HIV in blood ?
