Query regarding ecosprin 75 and duvadila

My wife is 31 week pregnant. Due to change in location we had to change our gynac. Earlier she was having amcoral+ feric xt + amfolin d. However now new doctor haa prescribed Ororich + COR 3+ feronomic plus + duvadilan and ecosprin 75. Why are duvadilan and ecosprin 75 given? My wife faces tightness of stomach. This is first natural pregnancy with no problems till now. Her BP is around 80/65. Then y these 2 medi given and are they safe?
