I have amblyopia in left eye vision 6/60 and in Right eye is also weak due to 5 times  CSR 6/36 vision during csr...i also have hemolytic anemia ( spherocytosis) by birth...im eligible for certificate or not

Hello sir, disability certificate is given based on permanent impairment of vision. If your vision in the better eye is normal in between the recovery phase of CSR then you would not be eligible for disability certificate.
