Is it possible for MRI chest to detect Chest lymphoma or for MRI ultrasound to detect it . Which test gives most accurate result in the diagnosis of chest ?

Lymphoma is a tissue diagnosis. Only a biopsy will confirm it. Imaging like CT scan and MRI are required to know the location of it and to help in diagnosis. Imaging cannot replace biopsy for confirmation of diagnosis
